Q: How can I make payments?

A: You can pay by credit card, laser card or direct debit. If you are paying by direct debit you need to pay the first month up front and the installation fee if one applies.


Q: Do I require a phone line?

A: No, you do not require a phone-line we provide our service via a small antenna that is placed on your roof.


Q: Can I use the Broadband for a telephone line.

A: Yes you can go to VOIP providers who can set you up with a landline number and a telephone so you can use a telephone over the broadband. See www.goldfish.ie and www.blueface.ie for further details. Please note addtional charges will apply.


Q: What times do you offer phone support?

A: Our sales and support line is available 08.30am to 09:30pm Monday to Friday.


Q: Does the broadband connection include a router?

A: We include a router with the Value, Pro & Enterprise plan.


Q: Can I use my existing router?

A: Yes so long as the router is a cable router. (Not ADSL)


Q: What's the minimum contract?

A: There is no minimum contract.


Q: What happens if i want to cancel my account.

A: Accounts can be canceled at 30 days Notice. There will be a charge of 130 if we can not collect our equipment ( the roof antenna, pole, cable and router ) so customers must arrange this when canceling accounts. Customers canceling in the first 12 Months must pay 65 fee for collection if the equipment. If we do not get the equipment there will be a charge of 130 euro.


Q: How long does an installation take?

A: We can arrange installation within 2 to 3 working days.


Q: Can i get higher speeds than 24Mbps?

A: Yes please contact our sales team for more information.


Q: Can I get higher upload speeds?

A: Yes please contact our sales team for more information.


Q: What the different between a fixed and dynamic IP address?

A: A dynamic IP address will change each time you connect to the internet.


Q: Does your service include a fixed IP address?

A: Yes all our broadband connections include a fixed IP address.


Q: Do I have to install any equipment myself?

A: No, we will send an engineer to your home or business to setup the equipment.
