Server Use
Web World Ireland reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone. Web World Ireland do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:

Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of Irish regulation.

Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

High Resource User Policy
Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilization. Web World Ireland may implement the following policy to its sole discretion:

When a website is found to be monopolizing the resources available Web World Ireland reserves the right to suspend that site immediately. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers.

.ie Special Offer
We have a limit of 10 domains per customer for the .ie €4.95 registration or transfer special offer. Renewal rates are charged at €24.95 per year. The minimum term for this offer is 2 years.

Spamming or Unsolicited Email
Our servers may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of spam, flames, or mail bombs. Your domain may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above. We consider spam any mass unsolicited message in the mediums of newsgroups and e-mail. If you are found to have spammed, then we will immediately, without warning, disable your domain.


As such, any violation will result in immediate deactivation of services without any refund.

Backups
Web World Ireland is not responsible for files and data residing on customer's account. Customer agrees to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on our servers.

Payment policies
All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. Although Web World Ireland reserves the right to change prices of accounts or services at any time all pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment. Payment is due each anniversary year or month or quarterly following the date the account was established. The customers will automatically be charged again at the end of their prepay period unless closure notification has already been given.

In situations where the card number on file is declined Web World Ireland will immediately suspend the facility to purchase services on-line until the outstanding charge is processed successfully. In addition, Web World Ireland reserves the right to suspend other services until the outstanding debt is cleared. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer initiates a cancellation request either by email or via our client area.

All payment(s) are in Euro.

Payment Options
In order to streamline our accounting procedures and keep costs down Web World Ireland runs a limited number of payment options.

Credit/Debit Cards:
Web World Ireland accepts MasterCard, American Express, Visa.

Direct Debit:
Web World Ireland accepts direct debit payments for Irish based customers.

Bitcoin:
Web World Ireland accepts Bitcoin.

Cheque Payment:
This option is only available to customers who pay annually for their Web World Ireland account. A credit / debit card number will still be required if customers require the facility to purchase domains and other services on-line. Web World Ireland cannot guarantee that a service will be provided until after any received cheques have been cleared.

Bank Transfer:
This option is only available to customers who pay annually for their Web World Ireland account. You will find our bank details on our contact page.

Late Payments
If fees are not paid to Web World Ireland the customer understands that Web World Ireland works with an external collection agency for purposes of debt collection. Web World reserves the right to use a solicitor or an external collection agency in an attempt to collect on balances due. The customer acknowledges that additional fees will be required for debt collection. The customer agrees to pay any and all collection costs of up to 40%, court costs, and all solicitors fees.

Cancellation and Refunds
Web World Ireland reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of membership. If a customer contravenes Web World Ireland's terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.

Fees charged on a prepay basis are non-refundable, unless the service is cancelled by Web World Ireland. In addition some accounts incur set-up fees, these charges are also non-refundable.

To make a cancellation request, you must login to the client area and cancel the product/service. This can be done anytime except after a service has been paid and renewed.

Alternatively you can cancel by email, to do so please email accounts@webworld.ie from an authorized email address. If you are cancelling by email please it must be at least 14 days before the due date.

Domain Name Refunds
All domain names fees are non-refundable. If your domain name is set to "auto-renew" you must notify us by email at least 20 days before the domain expires if you wish to cancel that domain. You can also disable auto-renew at any stage via our client area.

Domain Name Transfers to us
We have a limit of 10 domains per customer for the .ie €19.95 registration or transfer special offer. Renewal rates are charged at €24.95 per year. The minimum term for this offer is 2 years.

Domain Name Transfers from us
After transferring your domain from us, we recommend copying all your DNS records and then updating your nameservers to the new ones. Any changes to your DNS settings after the transfer will incur a €10 administration fee. 

If you have canceled your hosting with us and your DNS settings have been deleted, the fee to recover your DNS settings is €50+VAT

Chat Rooms
We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms without approving it with the Web World Ireland Support Team.

Adult Hosting
We do allow adult hosting on our network. The content must be legal in Ireland and the EU.

Background Running Programs
We may allow programs to run continually in the background. These are considered on a one-to-one basis and an extra charge will be incurred based on system resources used and operational maintenance needed.

Scripts
If your account has a script(s) that continuously uses more than 15% of the server's system resources you will be asked to remove it within 24 hours. If no action is taken we will disable it. If the script(s) is severely effecting the server we do reserve the right to disable it immediately.

We do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.

You are free to use any CGI, ASP, ASP.NET or PHP scripts you wish, however we reserve the right to disable any script that effects normal server operation.

Server Abuse
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer, of Web World Ireland is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of other people's accounts or computers Web World Ireland will strongly react to any use or attempted use of an Internet account or computer without the owner's authorization. Such attempts include "internet scamming" (tricking other people into releasing their passwords), password robbery, security hole scanning etc.

Any unauthorized use of accounts or computers by a Web World Ireland customer, whether or not the attacked account or computer belongs to Web World Ireland, will result in action against the attacker. Possible actions include warnings, account suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal legal action, depending on the seriousness of the attack.

Lawful Purpose
Web World Ireland reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Customers may only use Web World Ireland server for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets.

Disclaimer
Web World Ireland will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Web World Ireland makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Web World Ireland disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Web World Ireland and its employees. Web World Ireland reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Web World Ireland harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable court fees asserted against Web World Ireland, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Web World Ireland against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Web World Ireland's server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from Web World Ireland's server.
